First actions
  • Stop immediately at the scene.
  • Get the necessary traffic safety measures and notify the nearest police station.
  • If there are injuries or death, call First Aid.
  • Try not to bring about a change in the place of the accident to facilitate the work of the Police.
After
  • Call Accident Care. Specialized staff will give you all necessary instructions and will come to the scene of the accident in Greece and in Europe.
  • In case the accident has happened in Greece and your vehicle has stopped, the Accident Care will take over the vehicle towing costs to a garage wish, within the county boundaries of tbe accident (even if you don't have a roadside assistance coverage).
  • Fill the Friendly Accident Statement, so as not to have to wait for response from the other insurance company.
Then
In case you didn't call the Accident Carem you must submit a Statement to the company within eight days from the day of the accident. In this statement, you have to report in detail all information and details relating to the accident.

  • By registered mail to the address:309, Eleftheriou Venizelou Av., 17674, Kallithea, Greece, with a confirmed authenticity of your signature. Ask for a Statement from us or your Insurance Agent.
